hi, sis b3b3. The party last night was fun. It was simple, they didn't even decorate the place with balloons. There were only 50 guests. It looked kulang kasi the place was kinda good for 100 persons. Aldino was the host, magician, ventriloquist. I have heard of him in the other forum so i prepared myself for a good show. He's good. Napatawa niya nga yung mga guests. Medyo hirap nga lang siya nung una kasi medyo hard to please crowd kasi yung iba. hehehe Kahit ako napapatawa niya. (sabagay, mababaw naman talaga kasi ako. hehehe) Siya yung nagdala ng party. Regarding sa food, ok lang. medyo tipid sila magserve. kahit mismong parents ng celebrant napansin yun. Yung fries, maliit na nga lang yun gcartong lalagyan, parang aalog alog pa rin kasi konti lang maglagay. Nung humingi ako ng pangalawa tiningnan pa ako for several seconds bago nagserve. kinailangan ko pang ituro yung nagpapakuha. kinda kainis no? Yung chicken, sabagay drumstick yung binigay sakin, mapula pa sa loob pero luto naman na. Over all sa food, ok lang. Matutuwa lang mga kids kasi my play area dun. sa main barn yung party. good thing they had aldino kasi nagawa niyang successful ang party. Our niece celebrates her b-day yearly, sabi nung parents ito daw pinakamasaya. I agree with them. That was because of the host. Malaki talaga nagagawa nila for the success... hay, sana satin din. may kuha ako konti pics, san yun puwede i upload dito? kaya lang sis, stage lang at son ko. hehehe di ako makakuha ng pic masyado kasi i had to take care of my naughty little boy....nakatayo ba naman sa tabi ni aldino, nakaharap din sa audience.hehe

haha....baka gusto din maghost ng baby mo....may future.....

good host, venue and food talaga ang importante...pero host pa rinang magdadala ng party mo....

Hi! Share ko lang, nag-celebrate kme ng 5th birthday ng son ko last june 14 (birthday nya talaga) sa garage lang, as always.

Simple lang, with cousins and friends from the village...

I did the decors (backdrop, balloons, centerpiece, swags) lang together with my staff, home cooked food, halo-halo station, ice cream station, choco fountain & dessert station... of course may cake, prizes, giveaways and host.

Breakdown ng na-save ko:

Buko pandan & leche flan for the halo-halo - gift
Photographer - hubby's asst (my husband is a photographer)
Backdrop - from our studio (I just added styro cutouts)

as of now i've alloted less than P50,000, but i'm not yet finished getting all suppliers. i hope i don't go too high.

my husband gave me a budget at kabilin bilinan niya na maghunos dili ako at huwag mag overbudget. wag daw akong lalagpas ng 50k. so far, okay pa naman...

food & venue (shakeys) -- 25k
balloons, face painting, host -- 12,500
popcorn - 3k

yung lootbags, we'll go to divi para mas maka mura... can't wait na nga eh...
