Easter this year falls on April 12. It’s summertime, school is out, the corporate world in Manila gets close to a full week off . . . and while we have all been too busy to notice, the Easter Bunny has hopped its way back to The Peninsula Manila where plans are afoot to celebrate it in a big way.
